This full-time, 8-hour day position runs 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday, with duties centered in the Conway Main clinic. The organization emphasizes quality care and patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA or licensed nurse license in SC.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize patient medical records for visits.
• Ensure all documentation and results are accessible for the provider.
• Protect confidentiality and verify active consent forms in charts.
• Reconcile medications and coordinate care with the team.
• Coordinate patient appointments with providers and care team.
• Communicate with patients via email, portal, phone, or in person to schedule visits.
• Document and log care management activities accurately.
