Salary: $65,000–$68,250 annually

Work Type: Hybrid: A minimum of three full days in-person a week, including one evening. This position is designated as hybrid, with remote work flexibility based on position requirements, organizational needs, and applicable workplace policies.

Each year, The Women’s Initiative serves thousands of women and members of the gender expansive community through counseling, wellness programs, educational workshops, and community-based services. The main office is located at 1101 East High St. The Women’s Initiative maintains a satellite office at the Sentara Community Health and Outreach Clinic at 920 E High St and embeds with community partners across the Charlottesville area.

The Clinical Care Coordinator provides brief individual and group therapy, while serving as the central coordinator for participant referrals and continuity of care. Working closely with participant support staff, clinicians, community partners, and external providers, this role manages the counseling waitlist, coordinates scheduling for walk-in and call-in wellness clinics, facilitates timely participant placement, and streamlines care coordination to improve access to services and ensure participants receive compassionate, well‑coordinated care.

Starting salary is based on directly related experience, education, certifications, and other job‑related qualifications. Most new employees are hired at or near the beginning of the posted salary range, with higher starting salaries considered for candidates whose experience and qualifications substantially exceed the minimum requirements.
