Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises a group of clinicians and caregivers to deliver patient-centered clinical care.
• Assists with evaluation of adherence to clinical standards and Best Practices.
• Coordinates patient care services and workflow for a high-volume patient group.
• Maintains and educates on QAPI and Compliance Plans across staff.
• Performs initial clinical reviews of referrals and manages case assignments.
• Provides final clinical proofing of documentation for a group of clinicians, as applicable.
• Ensures staff competency and ongoing education; conducts staff interviews as directed.
• Reports to the DON and coordinates with administration to ensure policy compliance.
