Job summary

Communities In Schools of Central Texas is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Manager to lead CIS services at Harmony School of Excellence (Grades 6–12) in Austin, TX. As site-based leader, you’ll integrate CIS programming with school activities and supervise staff, AmeriCorps members, interns, and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or related field; MSW degree required.
• Licensed Master’s Social Work (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-A) required.
• Experience with crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.
• Group counseling and supportive guidance.
• Case Management experience.
• Experience working with appropriate school-age youth and vulnerable populations.
• Experience working with parents/guardians and families.
• Experience providing individual supportive guidance and case management services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with CIS staff, school personnel, community partners, students and families, team members, and volunteers.
• Demonstrated English/Spanish speaking skills, highly preferred.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on strength-based leadership.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration: Design programs, assess needs, allocate resources.
• Campus Management: Maintain relationships with campus staff, promote referral processes.
• Data Management and Evaluation: Implement data systems to evaluate effectiveness.
• Hiring, Onboarding & Training: Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, and goal setting.
• Professional Development: Support team with development plans.
• Team Supervision & Evaluation: Provide supervision and conduct evaluations.
• Leading Team Culture: Communicate policies and uphold CIS culture.
