You will prepare P&L reports, design performance scorecards, and coordinate with billing and operations to ensure data integrity, informing executive presentations and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, public health or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports of practices, including Profit & Loss statements and billing analysis.
• Conduct financial and operational assessments to identify opportunities for efficiency and sustainability.
• Design and direct ad hoc reports to analyze operational and/or financial concerns.
• Create and maintain practice monitoring scorecards and reporting tools to summarize KPIs.
• Coordinate with billing and clinical operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop FMV assessments and draft proposals for physician lease and service agreements.
• Monitor and report on performance versus business plan targets; prepare executive presentations.
