Job summary

Pride Health is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst in New York for an 8-week contract (potential extension) addressing budgeting, grant applications, and analytics. The role emphasizes advanced Excel reporting, financial tracking, and collaboration with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site work in New York. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in accounting or business, with 3–5 years in budgeting or financial analysis, strong SQL is a plus, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Science, Arts or related field
• 3–5 years of accounting, budgeting, financial analysis or business analysis experience
• Experience with the grant application process
• Strong knowledge of budget creation, analysis, expense tracking and modifications
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel reporting
• Exposure to audits and grant-related financial processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SQL knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the grant application process and related documentation
• Create, analyze, track, and modify budgets and expenses
• Prepare financial and business reports using Microsoft Excel
• Work with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement systems
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial activities
• Support audits and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Analyze business and financial data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Assist with accounting, budgeting, and business analysis activities as needed
