Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Clinician to deliver high-quality behavioral services and conduct functional assessments. You will develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families, staff, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent care.

You will lead crisis response, debrief staff after incidents, and ensure thorough documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, Counseling or related field.
• Valid state license or certification (BCBA, LCSW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, PBSF).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, may include practicum and internship experience.
• Experience with complex, high intensity/high frequency behaviors is required.
• Approved by governmental entities to work within BSLS programs.
• Maintains mandatory training and certification requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Independently coordinates, designs, and monitors individualized behavior treatment plans with data analysis.
• Provides face to face clinical services to BSLS clients.
• Leads crisis response efforts and assesses interventions.
• Provides consultation and debriefing to staff following incidents.
• Conducts root-cause evaluations of adverse incidents and updates treatment plans.
• Serves as clinical consultant in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Maintains comprehensive clinical documentation (PBSP, FBA) and compliance.
• Analyzes monthly data to adjust interventions.
• Conducts behavioral assessments.
• Ensures programs enrich clients' social, emotional, mental and physical needs.
