Job summary

Project Play is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care across school-based and clinic-based teams. You’ll design individualized behavior plans, supervise a team, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practice with autonomy over treatment recommendations.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and staff to drive meaningful outcomes for children, while receiving leadership supervision and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, in-person environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education (preferred) or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Tennessee Behavior Analyst license through the Health-Related Board.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and deliver behavior change programming with built-in curricula in CentralReach.
• Lead trainings for parents, caregivers, and teachers.
• Complete initial assessments, reassessments, and FBAs on time.
• Supervise and support RBTs with fidelity and team support.
• Partner with the treatment team to collect data and create progress reports.
• Follow the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.

At Project Play, our Behavior Analysts help children grow into their fullest potential. Working across our school-based and clinic-based teams, you’ll deliver individualized, compassionate care alongside other providers, always with the whole child in mind. We’re looking for a BCBA who brings passion, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to their work with clients, families, and school teams. You’ll use sound clinical judgment to shape each client’s care, with direct support from a BCBA supervisor. You’ll also have real autonomy over treatment recommendations, so you can tailor each plan and apply current research to deliver top-quality services. As a leader for our RBTs, you’ll provide meaningful supervision and help raise the bar in the ABA field.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your caseload and deliver behavior change programming, with a wide range of skill assessments and matching curricula already built into CentralReach
• Lead parent, caregiver, and teacher trainings that are practical and easy to follow
• Complete initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments on time
• Supervise and support a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, making sure treatment is implemented with fidelity and that your team feels supported
• Partner with the treatment team to collect data and create reports that show client progress and outcomes
• Follow the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
