Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA in Florence, KY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement BIPs, provide direct ABA services, and supervise technicians in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA in good standing.
Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct ABA services, including data collection and analysis.
Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals for consistency of services.
Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and evaluate effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment plans.
Stay current with research and developments in ABA.
