Job summary

Clay Consulting, LLC is seeking an Audiologist to perform clinical audiology testing for claimants in-office using advanced technology. You will interpret tests, document results, and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA as part of a team delivering timely disability examinations.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology, state licensure, and familiarity with VBA guides. Strong communication and typing skills are essential, with a focus on accuracy and patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology.
• State licensure as an Audiologist.
• Experience with computerized charting.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret a variety of hearing tests (air/bone conduction, speech reception).
• Evaluate test results with clinical records to state prognosis.
• Operate EMR software and enter/retrieve information.
• Maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Perform otoscopic exams and cerumen management.
• Review claimant records as needed.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
