Job summary

Clay Consulting, LLC in the United States is seeking an Audiologist to perform clinical audiology testing of claimants in-office using advanced technology and procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology, be licensed as an audiologist, and have experience with computerized charting, rapid data entry, and strong written communication.

HIPAA confidentiality, attention to accuracy, and familiarity with VBA guides are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology is required.
• State licensure as an Audiologist is required.
• Experience in computerized charting at the time of visit.
• Typing at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret audiology tests to determine hearing impairment.
• Evaluate results in relation to patient records and prognosis.
• Operate computerized programs and enter data into EMR systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Conduct otoscopic examinations and calibration checks of equipment.
• Review claimant records as needed.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement activities.
• Meet clients' quality and submission time requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
