Job summary

TRIA Orthopedics is seeking a Clinical Athletic Trainer Navigator to join our orthopedic team. You will coordinate care across clinics, assist with diagnostics and rehabilitation, and support outreach events outside the standard clinic setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, insurers, and patients, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations across our network. A Bachelor’s degree and active BOC certification are required, with licensure in MN/WI and an active NPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Minnesota & Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice licenses
• Valid NPI number
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across clinics and providers within the orthopedic team.
• Perform history, evaluation, diagnosis and rehabilitation of injuries.
• Manage clinic check-in, insurance verification, co-payment collection and documentation.
• Provide post-operative care, wound care and rehabilitation as prescribed by physicians.
• Support outreach activities and events, including sports medicine coverage.
