Job summary

TRIA is hiring a Clinical Athletic Trainer Navigator to enhance orthopedic care and patient experience across clinics. The AT Navigator collaborates with physicians to optimize health, wellness, activity and rehabilitation across age groups.

Responsibilities include care coordination, documentation, and post-operative management, with outreach events at schools or public events. The role emphasizes strong clinical skills, effective communication, and independent decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required.
• Current Minnesota & Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice license required.
• Must have a valid NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across department and enterprise.
• Clinic check-in, insurance verification, and co-pay collection.
• History, evaluation, diagnosis, clinical procedures, and rehab.
• Outreach at school contracts and events (minimum 5 per year).
