Job summary

TRIA is hiring a Clinical Athletic Trainer Navigator to join our orthopedic team. The AT Navigator collaborates with physicians to optimize patient care, coordinates care across departments, and participates in clinic operations and outreach events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, BOC Athletic Trainer certification, and state licensure, with strong communication and clinical skills. A 1.00 FTE, M-F Days schedule is described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required.
• Current license with the Minnesota & Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice required.
• Must have a valid NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care across the department and enterprise.
• Assist with clinic check-in, insurance verification, and co-payment collection.
• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and rehabilitation within scope.
• Engage in outreach events including sports medicine outreach or marketing.
