Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Bridgeport, CT seeks a Clinical Associate II (Bilingual) to support autism and child development through evidence-based, play-based therapy. You will build strong relationships with children and families, engage in hands-on activities, and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment.

The role includes training to become an RBT and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team focused on helping children thrive through ESDM and PRT approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is preferred or required.
• Experience working with children in education, childcare, therapy, or related settings is desirable.
• Playful, patient and compassionate approach to supporting young children.

As a Clinical Associate II, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic where every child can feel comfortable learning.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
