Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Clinical Assistant (Bilingual) to support children through play, movement, reading and hands-on activities within ABA and developmental therapies. You will build warm relationships with children and families, stay active during sessions, and help maintain a welcoming, safe clinic.

This role includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training preferred.
• Experience with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteering.
• Playful, patient, and compassionate approach.

As a Clinical Assistant, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands‑on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:

Compensation
