Job summary

Aria Alessia Kids Center in New Haven, CT seeks a Clinical Associate I (Bilingual) to support autism and child development through play-based therapies. You will engage children with activities, build trust with families, and stay active during sessions.

You will work alongside clinicians, receiving mentorship and gaining hands-on experience in naturalistic interventions such as ESDM and PRT, with opportunities to earn RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training is preferred.

About The Role

As a Clinical Associate I, you'll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.

A Better Way to Practice ABA

Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.

You'll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands-on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
• Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
• Other play-based, developmental approaches

This position includes paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In This Role, You Will:

• Help children learn through play, games, movement, reading and hands-on activities

• Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work
• A playful, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting young children
