The successful candidate will contribute to program evaluation, participate in service activities across the Department and University, and mentor students and teaching assistants in a collaborative academic community.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the undergraduate Nutrition Program with responsibility for up to 12 credit hours per Fall and Spring semester.
• Provide academic advising, career mentorship, and guidance to students and teaching assistants.
• Contribute to curriculum development, program evaluation, and ongoing course improvements.
• Engage in department, school, and university service activities and professional organizations.
• Foster a collaborative academic environment and collegial faculty interactions.
