Position Summary

This is an exciting time to join the Medication Therapy Management Team! As a Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician you will be working within the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) side of CVS Pharmacy as a valued team member helping our members on their path to better health every single day by providing top‑notch customer service. As the first point of contact, you would handle general questions about the service and support all phases of the care process starting with enrollment, creation and maintenance of an electronic medical/pharmacy record, appointment scheduling, and care plan processing/mailing. As a Clinical Assistant, you would also help support inbound and outbound calls from plan members, document activity and maintain electronic medical records while providing the highest quality healthcare and service to plan members and other internal and external partners.

All of our technicians work on a 40‑hour work week. We assist our members Monday through Friday – no weekends and no holidays.

This position is set up in a hybrid work‑from‑home structure. The hybrid structure involves a scheduled rotation of one week work from home and one week onsite/in‑office. This rotation starts after 90 days from the start date with the completion of training and a performance review.

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee.
• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CVS Health experience.
• Experience working in a retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting.
• Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification.

Education

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 – $28.46 per hour.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
