Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support physicians with patient care and scheduling, and to handle billing and charge entry for services. The role may require floating to another office location as needed.

Required: Medical Assistant Diploma with appropriate certification; minimum one year of recent medical facility experience; EKG, vital signs and EMR experience. Hours are full-time (80 hours per pay period).

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recent experience in a medical facility as a clinical assistant and/or externship in a medical office.
• EKG, vital signs, and EMR experience required.
• Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited program; appropriate certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist physicians with patient care and scheduling.
• Enter charges and billing for services.
• Provide information to patients to utilize clinical services.
• May float to another office location.
