Job summary

Enabli Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant to join our Urgent Care team. You will work closely with physicians to room patients, assist with procedure setup, and support patient flow from check-in to discharge.

The role offers hands-on clinical exposure, paid training through Scribe University, and opportunities for career growth. A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are valued as you support patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations may be required
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (provided after training but own device needed for training)

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients
• Assist with procedure setup
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent
• Provide referral orders
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital
• Provide other duties as needed
