Job summary

Essentia Health in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support nurses and physicians in ambulatory and home care settings. You will perform designated procedures and deliver direct patient care across ages from newborn to elderly in line with our mission to make a healthy difference.

The role requires a valid MN LPN license, Basic Life Support certification, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care within a team of caregivers at Essentia Health.

Qualifications

• Valid MN LPN license to practice nursing.
• BLS certification is required.
• MN LPN license required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist RNs, physicians and other providers and deliver direct patient care in ambulatory and/or home care settings.
• Perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
