Job summary

Essentia Health in Graceville is seeking a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Family Practice clinic. You will assist RNs and physicians, provide direct patient care in ambulatory settings, and perform procedures within your demonstrated competencies.

Requirements include an active LPN license (MN) with license in SD where applicable, and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. This role supports day rotation in a Graceville clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice practical nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• LPN license in MN within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN and physicians and provide direct patient care in ambulatory settings.
