Job summary

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role supports providers and helps ensure a smooth patient experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and managing basic clinical tasks. Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required to expand experience and collaborate with diverse providers.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures and prepare patients for exams.
• Perform basic clinical duties and oversee busy lab schedule with phlebotomy needs.
• Travel to satellite clinic locations as needed to expand experience.
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care team members; respond to patient calls.
• Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed.
