Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or current LPN/CMA/RMA/MA certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools.
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical procedures and prepare patients for exams.
• Perform basic clinical duties to support providers.
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and care team members.
• Answer, document, and respond to patient phone calls.
• Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed.
