Job summary

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and aims to improve patients' daily experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures

• Perform basic clinical duties
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures
