Job summary

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team in person. This role supports providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving patients’ daily experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and overseeing the busy lab schedule requiring advanced phlebotomy skills. Occasional travel to satellite clinics may be required to expand experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assisting program or current Minnesota certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA).
• Compassionate, respectful patient care with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with procedures and prepare patients for exams.
• Oversee busy lab schedule and perform basic clinical duties including phlebotomy.
• Educate patients on care plans and treatments; communicate with the care team.
• Answer, document, and respond to patient calls; support clinic operations.
