Ambry Genetics Corporation is seeking a Clinical Assistant I to provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients, and to support internal teams with triaged inquiries. The role involves tracking cases through the lab and reporting processes and following up with clients as needed.

The candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ambry’s products, policies, and IT systems, while contributing to data mining, non-standard protocols, and R&D projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Computer and Google Suite proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Healthcare experience or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients and patients; follow-up and communicate for order-specific information and documentation.
• Provide support to internal teams by addressing and triaging clinical inquiries and requests.
• Monitor and track cases through the lab and reporting processes with follow-up lists and audits.

The Clinical Assistant I is primarily responsible for providing accurate technical and clinical information to clients, patients, and all other internal teams.
