Job summary

Enabli Health seeks an on-site Clinical Assistant to join a fast‑paced care team. You will work directly with doctors to room patients, assist with procedures, and support patient flow from check‑in to discharge across diverse clinical settings.

This entry role offers paid training through Scribe University, real-life clinical exposure, and opportunities for career growth. Full-time and part-time options are available, with a focus on comprehensive patient care and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proof of vaccinations (may be required)
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to stand, sit, and use a computer for several hours a day
• Access to a laptop (you’ll be provided one after training but need your own for training)

Responsibilities

• Work with doctors to room patients
• Assist with procedure setup
• Perform point-of-care testing, take vitals, phlebotomy services
• Manage patient flow, and support everything from check-in to discharge
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent
• Provide referral orders.
• Facilitate transition of care to urgent care or hospital
• Provide other duties as needed.
