Job summary
Aria Alessia Kids Center in Stamford, CT is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support children through play, movement and restorative relationships. The role offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and exposure to evidence-based approaches such as ESDM and PRT.
You will collaborate with experienced clinicians, maintain a welcoming clinic, and participate in ongoing mentorship to grow your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact on children and families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Completion of the 40-hour RBT training preferred.
- Experience working with children through education, childcare, therapy, coaching, camps, mentoring, or volunteer work.

As a Clinical Assistant, you’ll spend your day building meaningful relationships with children through play, movement, creativity, books, games and everyday moments that become opportunities for learning.
Our clinical approach combines evidence-based models such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to create engaging, naturalistic, and play-based learning experiences.
You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians while receiving ongoing mentorship and hands‑on experience in naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, including:
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT)
- Other play-based, developmental approaches
