Clinical Assistant – Health & Wellness Clinic

Summary:

A boutique Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated Clinical Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing top-tier customer service and technical expertise, including injections and blood draws, for patients undergoing GLP1 weight loss treatments.

Day to Day:

• Take vital signs, including height and weight measurements.
• Perform blood draws and assist with injections (GLP1 and similar treatments).
• Document patient interactions and data using EMR systems.
• Communicate with patients in-person, virtually, and by phone for weekly check-ins and follow-ups.
• Work closely with a small, collaborative team, including a provider, clinical assistants, RN, front office staff, and operations leader.

Qualifications:

Education:

• MA diploma, CMA certification, or LPN license.

Experience:

• Injection experience is required.
• Med Spa, Dermatology, or Specialty clinic experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in a cash-pay healthcare environment.
