This full-time position involves patient interaction, administrative tasks, and medical assistance in a nurturing environment. Rothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a full time Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant based in our Northeast Philadelphia office! This position is designed to support one of our Sports Medicine Physicians and will require travel to our offices in Bensalem and Newtown, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Range for Certified Medical Assistant/Emergency Medical Technician: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
Pay Range for Athletic Trainer: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant provides assistance to the Physician and Physician's Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties.
Key Accountabilities:
Increase patient satisfaction, compliance with schedule prep, voicemail, accurate end of day batching, compliance with time stamping, compliance with clinical policies and procedures, wait times, timeliness and accuracy with pre certs and authorizations
