Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Assessor (BCBA) to support families and children through initial assessments and care coordination. You will work with admissions and clinicians to complete intakes and coordinate seamless transitions after assessments.

Responsibilities include performing standardized assessments in home and clinical settings, reviewing insurance authorization, and training staff on assessment procedures.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of experience supervising others.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

• Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools (Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST).
• Ensure proper transition of cases after initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and receiving team.
• Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments.
• Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours.
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.

What You'll Do
