Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking aClinical Assessor (BCBA) to support families and kids with ABA therapy needs. The role offers a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 and comprehensive benefits, reflecting the organization's commitment to high-quality care and innovation in autism services.

The ideal candidate will hold a BCBA, bring at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and maintain clean background and driving records.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years supervising others in the field.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Admissions and clinicians to complete intakes for prospective families/clients.
• Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools (Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST).
• Ensure proper transition of cases after assessment, including overlap meetings with families and receiving team.
• Perform no more than 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical settings.
• Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours.
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.

What You’ll Do
