Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Clinical Assessor (BCBA) in Georgia to evaluate and support families through evidence-based ABA services. You'll conduct standardized assessments, coordinate intake, and supervise initial assessments per week, with a base salary of $90,000–$100,000.

The role includes collaboration with clinicians and a focus on reducing wait times for services. Applicants must be BCBA certified and have 3+ years supervising others, with a clean background.

Qualifications

  • Must be BCBA certified and eligible to supervise others.
  • Experience supervising clinical staff or RBT teams is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct standardized assessments with reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure intakes are completed.
  • Conduct initial assessments using standard tools (Vineland, ABAS-2, etc.).
  • Coordinate case transitions after assessments with families and teams.
  • Provide up to 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinic settings.
  • Perform peer reviews with insurers for authorization of hours.
  • Train staff on initial skills and adaptive assessments.

What You'll Do
  • Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families/clients
  • Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
  • Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team
  • Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments
  • Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours
  • Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments

Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • 3+ years of experience in the field supervising others
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
