Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Clinical Assessor (BCBA) to work with families and children, conducting assessments and coordinating case transitions. The role offers a strong clinical infrastructure and opportunities to impact outcomes.

The position includes a base salary range of $90,000–$100,000 per year, in a team-focused environment with ongoing staff development and a commitment to high-quality ABA care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years supervising others in field.
• Clean background and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Admissions and clinicians to complete intakes for prospective families/clients.
• Conduct initial assessments using Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
• Ensure proper transition of cases after initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and receiving team.
• Provide up to 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical settings.
• Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours.
• Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• 3+ years of experience in the field supervising others
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
