Job summary

Responsibilities include completing intakes, assessments, treatment plans, service authorizations, and coordinating staff to clients. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Behavioral Health or Social Services required.
• Must be registered or eligible for registry with Virginia Board of Counseling.
• Meet Virginia State criteria for LMHP/LMHP-E.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite software.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and service authorizations.
• Schedule and assign employees to clients and follow up on progress toward goals.
• Ensure implementation of best practice approaches and innovations for member needs across care continuum.
• Develop and review training content and collaborate on inter-departmental training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and comply with policies.
• Drive to hospitals and other sites to assess new clients daily.
