Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical applications, implementation, healthcare technology, or customer training experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations and training programs.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in USCAN to support customer and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational execution, professional development, and quality performance of the Clinical Applications team.
• Coordinate and oversee project assignments, schedules, training, go-lives, and implementation activities.
• Audit implementation quality, review trainings, and monitor adoption metrics for continuous improvement.
• Lead onboarding for new team members, develop onboarding roadmaps and training plans.
• Design and deliver ongoing product, clinical, workflow, and process education with cross-functional partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
