Clinical Applications Specialist

Job Purpose:

Clinical Application Specialist is a professional who plays a key role in providing expertise in the implementation, training, and support of clinical software applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of clinical software into healthcare workflows. The compensation range for this role is between $65,000-$95,000 and based on level of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for coordinating and implementing activities required to provide exceptional customer training on imaging equipment/systems.
  • Support system workflow integration and image quality consultation for imaging products
  • Complete ongoing development to gain product knowledge and clinical competence for various modalities.
  • Continue education and acquire the most recent technical knowledge of all products sold by the sales team.
  • Manage paperwork for internal and external documentation.
  • Communicate with and liaise between BMI departments and customers.
  • Represent Imaging Platform’s core values in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least two (2) years of Technologist experience
  • You have ARRT certification in good standing.
  • You have clinical experience in a Radiology setting.
  • You are detail-oriented and have great organizational skills.
  • You are a team player who also thrives working independently.
  • You have strong communication skills and experience interacting with customers.
  • You are willing to travel.

Working Conditions:

A dual nature to their work. While there is an office where they will conduct in a professional office environment and involves routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines handle strategic planning, team management, and administrative tasks. Application Specialist will also periodically travel to meet with clients to train and troubleshoot equipment.
