Based in Detroit area, candidates should have biomedical engineering background and clinical healthcare experience. Remote work may be possible with on-site requests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in healthcare technical/clinical roles.
• Experience supporting procedures in hospital settings.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support to new robotic system sites to promote safety and effective progression.
• Collaborate with global Clinical Applications Engineering to support new users.
• Train physicians and staff on Intuitive’s equipment during procedures.
• Identify adoption issues and coordinate with training partners to address them.
• Maintain clear communication with global teams and development partners.
• Stay current on IFU, best practices, and new product info.
• Prioritize requests in high-stress environments.
