Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II for Salem Hospital to support a portfolio of clinical and business applications that drive patient care and operations. You will partner with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to maintain, optimize, and implement integrations across the application landscape.

In this role you will troubleshoot issues, lead small-to-medium projects, and contribute to system upgrades and new technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems required.
• 2+ years of experience in development, support, or operation of software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and common office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance activities.
• Provide ongoing support for software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Train end users on software applications and develop end-user documentation.
• Run reports, update tables, and complete tasks for ongoing software operations.
• Partner with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams for maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate small-to-medium projects and participate in system implementations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, priorities, and updates.
