POSITION SUMMARY: The Applications Services Manager provides excellence in applications which includes implementation and support for all IS supported enterprise applications across Central Peninsula Hospital (CPH). The essential functions of this position include providing day to day management of application teams which can include a single module and application instances to many areas and collaborating across IS to ensure success.
Daily goals will include IS leadership input, support of the IS department’s strategic goals and road map deployment, resource capacity planning and utilization, support and ownership of the application services operational support initiatives, development of department budget within respective application focus areas. This includes the development, leadership, and support of individual application road maps, implementation and optimization activities, and production support of applications within span of control.
