Job summary

Beyeonics Surgical Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to train surgeons and OR staff on our AR/VR surgical platform. You will troubleshoot in real-time in the OR and work with sales/marketing to support pre/post‑sales education.

You will also contribute to product feedback for R&D, attend industry sessions, and manage case coverage with hospital staff. Travel up to 70% is required, with weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR environment, preferably with medical devices or training/certification as RN, PA, surgical tech, or equivalent.
• Preference for spine and cranial procedures in orthopedic or neurosurgical contexts.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% overnight and occasional weekends.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Independent thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive product utilization by implementing corporate strategies.
• Provide technical and clinical training to surgeons, OR staff, and sales teams.
• Offer on-site and remote clinical support with technical information on device use.
• Ensure successful installation and upgrades at clinical sites.
• Maintain relationships among Beyeonics, healthcare organizations, and HCPs.
• Document site visits through CRM reporting.
• Coordinate training with Field Service and Sales Reps.
