  • 3–5 years of clinical experience in a maternal-infant care setting.
  • Experience with GE Centricity Perinatal or comparable digital health platforms.
  • Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70%+ across the U.S. and Canada).

Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist at GE Healthcare, you will apply clinical expertise—especially in maternal-infant care—to deliver digital configuration, training, and support services. You will guide customers from pre-sale through post-implementation, promote effective use of GE Healthcare digital solutions, and support clinical excellence through evidence-based, outcome-focused practices. This is a field-based role with consistent travel, not a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical product configuration and consultation for GE Healthcare digital solutions within an assigned modality or product portfolio.
  • Apply clinical expertise to develop effective training and configuration strategies that improve system performance and user adoption.
  • Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations and education sessions to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and service teams to ensure seamless implementation aligned with the Sales Order Agreement.
  • Provide on-site and remote training, configuration, and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support existing customers through ongoing consultation, including during product updates and enhancements.
  • Share customer feedback and product improvement opportunities with internal teams.
  • Manage travel and lodging expenses responsibly and submit expense reports on time.
  • Uphold GE Healthcare standards for integrity, customer service, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse with an associate degree from an accredited nursing or health-related program.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in a maternal-infant care setting.
  • Experience with GE Centricity Perinatal or comparable digital health platforms.
  • Strong presentation, teaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to navigate web-based tools.
  • Ability to learn and teach specialized healthcare software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, 70% or more, including weekends, across the U.S. and Canada using various modes of transportation.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $92,000.00-$138,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).

Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience developing or delivering digital education, training, or enablement solutions.
  • Current or recent experience using CPN within the past five years.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT implementation best practices and clinical workflow optimization.
