As a Wingmate, you’re theglue that keeps the flight plan on track collaborating across our technicalteams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure implementations run smoothly andcustomers stay supported at every turn.

Your Role

You’ll work closely with our CodePilots, Tech Vipers, and ACES to support customers during onboarding, upgrades,and beyond. While you won’t be writing code or tuning databases, yoursuperpower is coordination making sure communication is flowing, milestones arehit, and the right people are in the loop.

Think of yourself as the navigatorbeside the pilot, always keeping your eye on the horizon, asking the rightquestions, and ensuring the journey feels seamless for everyone onboard.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned applications orcustomers during implementation and optimization
  • Gather input from clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows through structured andunstructured training sessions.
  • Translate customer needs into functional specs and project tasks, working closely with technical teammates while buildingshared knowledge
  • Coordinate internal communication across crews makingsure no ball gets dropped and insights are shared
  • Participate in training, testing, validation, andgo-live support
  • Document configurations, workflows, and procedures forknowledge sharing
  • Create training materials and help facilitate end-usertraining sessions and knowledge transfer
  • Triage and track issues escalating to technical teammates when needed
  • Stay connected to industry best practices and emerginghealthcare IT trends
  • Bring calm, clarity, and positivity especially when encounteringturbulence
  • Go “wheels up” up to two weeks every month whilevisiting customers
About You
  • You’re incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and lovehelping people succeed
  • You thrive in the space between customers and technicalteams translating, supporting, and guiding
  • You’re a clear communicator who keeps things movingwithout micromanaging
  • Youhave experience in healthcare environments and understand clinical oroperational workflows
  • You’re a collaborative, unflappable, and proactivesomeone who sees problems before they happen
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imagingsystems
  • Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare datastandards
  • Project coordination or project management experience
  • Exposure to regulatory requirements like HIPAA
