Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking a Clinical Assistant to support certified clinicians in orthotic and prosthetic patient care. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist with procedures, and perform technical fabrication tasks under supervision.

The role emphasizes precise documentation, safety compliance, and effective communication with clinicians and patients. A High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with preference for allied health backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc)
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver's license and driving record within policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks and mold adjustments as directed by clinicians.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of all patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
