Marquis Health Consulting Services seeks a Central Admissions Clinical Liaison (RN/LPN) to support admissions for multiple SNFs in the Boston region. The role blends in-office days in Woburn with remote weekend work, handling referrals, data entry, and insurance verifications.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients for placement, gathering referral details, and coordinating with admissions staff to ensure accurate bed matching. Strong regulatory knowledge and PCC proficiency are required.
Schedule: 4 days a week. Tuesday/Thursday in Woburn corporate office, Sat/Sun remote
$45-$55/hr.
