Qualifications

• CPR and first-aid certification must be obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule admissions for the Women & Children’s Program.
• Serve as primary contact for referrals and providers.
• Promote engagement and retention in treatment and discharge planning.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions using evidence-based curriculum.
• Develop discharge plans and connect clients to next level of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and outside agencies.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work
