Job summary

H Squared Talent Solutions is assisting a Longwood, FL mental health practice in finding a Director of Clinical and Administrative Operations. The role combines clinical oversight with administrative leadership to align care quality and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, Florida licensure (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent), and at least 5 years in supervisory or administrative roles within behavioral health. Onboarding includes two-phase credentialing and training.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and Florida licensure as LMHC/LCSW/LMFT.
• 5+ years in a clinical supervisory or administrative management role in behavioral health.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills; familiarity with HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for therapists and staff.
• Oversee treatment protocols and documentation audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage billing processes and coordinate with marketing for outreach and referrals.
• Supervise daily operations, scheduling, supplies, and team coordination.
• Audit and propose changes to systems and procedures to optimize efficiency.
