Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), seeks a Clinical/Administrative Associate to provide both clinical and administrative support on the unit. You will assist with ADLs, ambulation, beds, transport, specimen handling, vital signs, and EKGs, while helping ensure precise charting and smooth workflow.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, and eligibility as a CNA, nursing student with clinical rotation, or equivalent clinical care experience.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Assist with ADLs, ambulation, bed making and patient transport.
• Collect, label and transport specimens, obtain vital signs, perform EKGs.
• Welcome and orient patients and families to the environment.
• Maintain accurate medical charts and expedite care through paperwork.
